摘  要:近年来,深水多相分离技术及相应的紧凑型分离设备得到了快速发展。分析了深水多相分离技术发展所面临的关键问题;详细介绍了目前国外实际投入运营的7套水下分离系统,并阐述了重力式分离器、GLCC分离器、VASPS分离器及管式分离器的结构及工作原理。针对我国深水多相分离技术现状提出了相关建议。As the core of oil and gas processing technology within offshore oil and gas develop- ment,multiphase separation technology is always an important part of subsea production sys- tems. Recently, the rapid growth of world oil demand makes deepwater multiphase separation technology and the corresponding separation equipments have gained tremendous development. This paper analyzes the key issues which the underwater oil-gas-water three-phase separator {aced~ the combination o{ {oreign underwater separation technology research and development process and the corresponding project progress,Details o{ seven sets o{ current ~oreign real opera- tional underwater systems have been described, and the underwater multi, phase separator, Gravi- ty separator, GLCC separator, VASPS separator and Pipe separator structures and working princi- ples also have been analyzed. Finally,we proposed related recommendations for the development of national deepwater multiphase separation technology.
