摘  要:由于刚度较低,连续油管在进行海洋垂直式立管清管作业时可能会发生屈曲,从而导致其顶部提供的轴向载荷将不能全部传递到底部,影响正常作业。通过数值模拟,研究了连续油管在海洋垂直式立管中作业时的轴向力传递特性。研究结果表明:当立管长度一定时,连续油管轴向载荷传递效率将会随着连续油管与立管之间的环空间隙的增大而减小;当连续油管与立管之间的环空间隙一定时,连续油管轴向载荷传递效率将会随着立管长度的增大而减小。该研究成果将会对连续油管进行海洋垂直式立管清管作业提供重要理论依据。Due to its low stiffness,Coiled Tubing (CT) would buckle when proceeding marine ver- tical riser pigging operation. In that case, the injecting force would not be able to completely transferinto its end,which would finally damage CT and riser and make the operation failed. A computa- tional study is preceded on axial load transfer behavior of CT working in a marine vertical riser. Results shows that axial force transfer efficiency of inner pipe will decrease with annular clearance increasing when the length of outer pipe is fixed;the axial force transfer efficiency of inner pipe will decrease with the increasing of riser length when the annular clearance is fixed. The research done above might provide important theoretical supports for the marine riser pigging operation.
