摘  要:在进行防喷器组起吊装置承载试验时采用起吊成组防喷器的加载方法,此试验方法有3个弊端:第一,防喷器组的拆装耗费很大的人力、物力,效率不高;第二,有时无法找到与起吊装置试验载荷相同的防喷器组;第三,防喷器组高度较高,存在一定的安全隐患。为了设计防喷器组起吊装置承载试验台,通过2种设计方案的优缺点对比,以及不同工况下承重梁的有限元分析,选择方案二,具有安装简便、安全性高、可任意调节中心距等优点。经过试验和应用,验证了该结构的合理性及广泛的适用性,不仅有效地解决了以上3个问题,并且还可以兼顾环形防喷器吊耳的承载能力试验,达到了预期的效果。There are three disadvantages in this test method. When adopting the bearing method of BOP stack lifting device during BOP stack was used to do the experiment in the past. Firstly,dis- assembling and assembling BOP stack will waste lots of manpower and material resources and is inefficiency. Secondly,sometimes, we cannot find the BOP stack that it has the same weight to bear experience of BOP stack lifting device. Thirdly, the BOP stack is too high and there will be some potential safety problems. In this article,comparison is made between the disadvantages and advantages of the design project II and the finite element analysis of the bearing beams in different working conditions. The second project is selected. It is much easier and safer to assemble and can adiust the center distance arbitrary. The rationality of the structure and extensive applicability has been verified and applied,the test stand not only solves the above problems effectively, but also considering the bearing experiment of Annular BOP lifting ring to achieve the desired effect.
