摘  要:通径检测器在解决石油管道安全隐患方面发挥着重要作用。在检测弯管段时,通径检测器存在通过性差、里程累计误差以及误检测等问题。分别对通径检测器的弯道通过性能以及过弯时检测臂的特性进行了分析,得出了能够顺利过弯的骨架最大长度范围值。总结得出周向检测臂在过弯过程中的倾角变化规律,并在此基础上提出了一种新型的弯道判定算法,有效地避免里程累计误差以及误检测现象的出现。As a necessary tool used for role in solving the problem of potential ty,the mileage accumulation error and respectively studied when caliper pig process of caliper pig pass through the pipeline in-line inspection, caliper pig plays an important danger of pipeline. Owing to the problem of bad pass abili error detection, in this paper, the ability and character are pass through curving pipeline. Through analyzing the curve pipeline, the maximal length of the caliper skeleton was obtained, gesides,the angle changing law of detection arm during the caliper passed through the curve pipeline was also concluded. On the basis of it,in this paper, a new identification algo- rithm which was used to identify the curving pipeline was proposed and the judgment algorithm effectively avoided the phenomenon of mileage accumulation errors and detection errors. The stud- y in this paper has some guiding significance {or the internal pipeline inspection.
