摘  要:涡轮钻具在国外已经是成熟的钻井提速工具,而在国内使用受到诸多限制,尤其受设备泵压条件的限制,还没有形成工业化应用。川东北元坝区块的地层岩性以石英砂岩夹杂页岩为主,石英含量高,地层研磨性强,可钻性差,长期以来主要使用牙轮钻头,钻井速度较低,钻井周期长,制约了该区油气开发的速度。分析了涡轮钻具在该区块的使用效果、存在问题,证明涡轮钻具在川东北地区具有提速、提效的作用。在设备允许的条件下,建议将涡轮钻井系统作为目前提高川东北元坝地区地层机械钻速的有效技术。Turbo drill is fast drilling tools mature in abroad, while its use is quite restricted in Chi na,especially by equipment pump pressure conditions, but also the industrial application has not been formed. Formation lithology in Guangyuan in Northeast Sichuan block using the inclusion of quartz sandstone shale, quartz content is high, the formation of grinding resistance, poor drill abili- ty, long-term since the main use of roller bit, drilling speed is low, long drilling cycle, restricting the area of oil and gas development speed. The turbine drill in the block use effect and existing problem are analyzed to prove the turbo drill with speed effect. In the permit conditions, suggestions are given to technology at Guangyuan in Northeast Sichuan area to speed. and efficiency in turbine drilling Northeast Sichuan area system as an effective increase formation mechanical drilling speed.
