摘  要:目的:观察针刺对于慢性劳损型韧带损伤的影响,比较不同角度针刺的效果差异,总结出较好的针刺方案,为颈椎病初期以韧带慢性劳损为表现的治疗提供可参依据,为不同组织的针刺方法提供新的思路。方法:通过将大鼠颈部脱水造成椎体关节失稳并施加作用力持续牵拉,使颈后肌群长期处于异常应力作用而出现韧带损伤,拍X光片观察韧带钙化点及慢性劳损程度。采用不同角度的排刺治疗,治疗前后分别在光镜下观察大鼠颈部韧带的病理变化并对成纤维细胞数量进行统计。结果:脱水和持续牵拉造成的异常应力作用可使韧带慢性劳损,X光片上显示大鼠韧带纹理不同程度增粗并伴隐约钙化点;针刺可明显改善韧带组织的损伤程度和纤维化程度,成纤维细胞数量平刺和斜刺的改善效果更显著(P<0.05),以平次最优(P<0.01)。结论:针刺对于颈部韧带慢性劳损有一定作用,平刺和斜刺对于韧带损伤的改善明显,以平刺最优。不同组织需采用不同的针刺方法和针刺角度才能达到最佳效果,从而达到治疗颈椎病初期病理变化的作用,"未病先防"。Objective: To observe the influence of acupuncture on chronic ligament strain, compare the effects of of needling at different angle, summarize the better method for the treatment of cervical spondylosis which characterized as chronic ligament strain in early stage and provide different acupuncture method for differ- ent tissue simply. Methods:Making rats cervical vertebral joint instability with dehydration and exerting contin- ues force as the long- term abnormal stress to cause the ligament strain,ligament calcification point and chronic strain levels were obsesved by X - ray, then treated with different angle of needling, observed rats' cervical patho- logical slices of ligament and counted the number of fibroblasts under light microscopy before and after treatment. Results:dehydration and abnormal continuous force can make chronic ligament strain, X -ray showed rat' s ligament was coarse textured and had different levels of calcification point, acupuncture could obviously im- prove the ligament strain and fibrosis degree, fibroblast number statistics found that horizontal and oblique inser- tion can improve the strain and fibrosis levels ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , with horizontal insertion significantly ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion:Acupuncture has certain effect in chronic ligament strain, horizontal and oblique insertion have the obviously effects, especially the horizontal insertion. It suggested that different organizations need to adopt differ- ent methods of acupuncture and different angle of needling, so as to treat the early pathological changes of cervical spondylosis," prevention before disease onset".
