益智灵对糖尿病脑病小鼠血糖代谢及学习记忆功能影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药复方益智灵对糖尿病脑病小鼠学习、记忆功能的影响。方法:将70只健康雄性昆明种小鼠,随机分为5组,正常对照组、糖尿病脑病模型组、脑复康对照组、益智灵低剂量组、益智灵高剂量组,分别灌胃给药,每天1次,4周后,检测各组小鼠血糖的变化,并进行水迷宫行为学习记忆测试。结果:益智灵能显著改善糖尿病脑病小鼠学习、记忆障碍(P<0.01),且随剂量增加作用更加显著。结论:益智灵能改善糖尿病小鼠学习、记忆能力,可用于糖尿病脑病的防治。Objective ：To observe the effects of Chinese hers compound Yizhiling on blood glucose metabo- lism and learning, memory of mouse with diabetic encephalopathy. Methods：70 health male mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, normal, model, positive control（ Naofukang, 脑复康）, and Yizhiling low and high dose groups, each group was given the corresponding saline or medicine respectively for 4 weeks, once a day . The blood glucose level of mouse was tested, learning and memory ability of mouse was determined by Morris water maze test. Results： High dose Yizhiling could reduce the blood glucose level of mouse with diabetic encephalopa- thy, Yizhiling could obviously improve the learning and memory ability of mice with diabetic encephalopathy, the effect was enhanced with the increment of dosage. Conclusion： Yizhiling can significantly improve learning and memory of mouse with diabetes, that can be used to prevent the attacking of diabetic eneephalopathy,
