摘 要:目的:观察病炎清颗粒对流感病毒FM1感染小鼠的治疗作用。方法:用流感病毒FM1感染小鼠,将实验小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、西药组、中药组;分组给药5天,观察小鼠肺指数、抑制率及感染后小鼠肺组织IFN-γ含量及血清Ig M含量的变化。结果:病炎清颗粒组能明显降低流感病毒感染小鼠的肺指数及抑制率,提高病毒感染小鼠肺组织IFN-γ表达及血清Ig M含量。结论:病炎清颗粒对流感病毒FM1感染小鼠具有治疗作用,增强免疫功能是其部分作用机制。Objective:To study the effects of Bingyanqing Granule on influenza virus FM1 infection in mice. Methods:The expermental mice were randomly divided into normal, model, western medicine and Chinese medi- cine groups, each group was given the corresponding .medicine for 5 days. Observing the pulmonary index of mice, the inhibition rate and the changes of IFN - y and serum IgM contents. Results: Bingyanqing Granule could obviously reduce the pulmonary index of influenza virus infection in mice and inhibition rate, increase lung tissue IFN - y expression and serum IgM content. Conclusion : Bingyanqing Granule has a therapeutic effect on influen- za virus FM1 infection in mice ,enhencing immumologic function is the part of mechanirsm.
