多叶越南槐总黄酮药理作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨多叶越南槐总黄酮的药理作用。方法:采用小鼠利血平胃溃疡模型、抗凝血实验、小鼠全脑缺血缺氧实验、大鼠体内静脉血栓形成模型、小鼠高脂血症模型进行多叶越南槐总黄酮药理作用研究,并对多叶越南槐总黄酮进行急性毒性试验。结果:多叶越南槐总黄酮高剂量与山豆根总黄酮高剂量均能减轻小鼠胃溃疡指数,延长小鼠凝血时间,延长小鼠脑缺血呼吸时间,降低大鼠静脉血栓重量,降低高脂血症小鼠血脂水平,两者作用相当;多叶越南槐总黄酮中剂量能减轻小鼠胃溃疡指数,延长小鼠脑缺血呼吸时间,降低大鼠静脉血栓重量;多叶越南槐总黄酮低剂量能减轻小鼠胃溃疡指数,延长小鼠脑缺血呼吸时间。急性毒性试验结果表明,多叶越南槐总黄酮的最大给药量为612.24 g生药/kg。结论:多叶越南槐总黄酮具有一定的抗胃溃疡、抗凝血、抗脑缺血、抗血栓和降血脂作用,其毒性较低。Objective：To observe the pharmcological actions of total flavonoids of Sophora tonkinensis var. Methods： By using the menthod of gastric ulcer induced by reserpine, anti - coagulation, hypoxic - ischemic brain damage in mice, experimental venous thrombus in rats, the model with hyperlipidemia in mice;to study pharm- cological actions of total flavonoids of Sophora tonkinenis Var. acute toxicity test was done. Results ：The total fla- vonoids of Sophora tonkinensis var. and Radix Sophorae tonkinensis at a dose of 200 mg/kg could decrease the index of gastric ulcer, extend coagulation time in mice and breathe time in hypoxic -ischemic rats, lower the weight of venous thrombus, decrease the blood lipid level in hyperlipidemia mice, their pharmcological action were similar to the total flavonoids of Sophora tonkinensis var. At a dose of 100 mg/kg could decrease the index of gastric ulcer, extend breathe time in hypoxic - ischemic rats, lower the weight of venous thrombus; flavonoids of Sophora tonkinensis var. at a dose of 50 mg/kg could decrease the index of gastric ulcer, extend breathe time in hypoxic - isehemic rats, The acute toxicity test showed that total flavonoids of Sophora tonkinensis var. maxi- mum tolerance was 612.24g crude drug/kg. Conclusion：The total flavonoids of Sophora tonkinensis var. have the pharmcological actions of anti - gastriculcer, anti - coagulation, anti - cerebral ischemia, anti - thrombus, lowering bloot - fat; flavonoids of Sophora tonkinensis vat. have little toxicity.
