摘  要:介绍了纯棉筒子纱段染技术,即在染纱时减少筒管的管眼,纵向留一排,分上下两段,反向180°对称,染机泵向全部正循环;染机泵速40%-70%;筒子纱密度0.35—0.38g/cm3。段染筒子纱的内外层色差灰卡评级在4.5级以上,电脑测配色△E值在1以下;筒子纱的皂洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度在3级以上。Space dyeing of cotton cheese is introduced, including reducing the number of pipe holes with one row of pipes in vertical which is divided into upper and lower sections with reverse symmetry by 180° in particular; controlling pump speed of 40% ~ 70% of dyeing machine in positive cycle and density of cheese of 0.35 ~0.38 g/cm3. The application practice shows that inner-to-outer color difference of cheese dyeings is above Grade 4.5, △E is below 1, color fastness to soaping and rubbing are above Grade 3.
