摘　　要：对天丝棉织物进行磨毛工艺,测试各试样的经向断裂强力。通过正交试验,结合磨毛绒感,优化的磨毛工艺为:织物输入端与输出端拖动锡林速度差1.8%,机台车速15 m/min,磨毛辊正反转方式为两正两反,磨毛辊自转速度80 r/min。采用新工艺磨毛的织物强力合格,纤维损伤小,织物绒感丰满。Breaking strength in warp of tencel/cotton blended fabrics is tested after sanding processes. Via orthogonal experiments, combined with velvet handle, brushing process is optimized as follows： speed ratio of 1.8%,machine speed 15 m/min, and twice negative-positive roller rotation with speed of 80 r/min. The new sanding process can impart the blended fabric good tensile strength retention and comfortable handle.
