摘　　要：应用高效液相色谱技术(HPLC),建立了毛纺物中氯菊酯类防虫蛀剂的测定方法。该方法简化了样品预处理以及仪器分析条件,方法回收率大于90%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5%,方法检测低限为5.0 mg/kg。A determination method of the permethrin type mothproofing agent in woolens is established by HPLC. The pretreatment of samples and the analytical condition of instruments are simplified, The re- sults show that the recovery rate of the method is over 90%, the relative standard deviation （RSD） is less than 5% and the detection limits is 5.0 mg/kg.
