血液透析治疗终末期肾病患者凝血功能变化及疗效

摘　　要：目的：通过研究终末期肾病血液透析患者出凝血功能及肾功能变化，分析探讨血液透析治疗的临床意义。方法：取经临床及实验室诊断明确的终末期肾病患者68例，检测血液透析治疗前后患者外周血PLT、MPV、PDW、PT、APTT、TT、FIB、肾功能等。结果：血液透析治疗后患者外周血PLT、MPV、PDW、PT、TT、FIB无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；APTT、肾功能有显著性差异（P〉0．05），比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：血液透析治疗终末期肾病可明显改善肾功能，但无法明显改善高凝状态。Objective： To investigate hemorrhage, coagulation and Renal function with end stage renal disease （ESRD） undergoing hemodialysis （HD）. Methods： 68 patients were studied and their bloods were sampled at the day on HD for the de - termination of plate- let （PIT）, mean platelet volume （MPV） , platelet distribution width （PDW）, prothrombin time （PT）, active part thrombin time （AFYY）, thrombin time （TY）, fibrinogen（FIB）, Renal function. Results： The levels of PiT, PT, TY, FIB in ESRD maintenance HI） patients were no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; but the levels of APTT, Renal function were a statistically difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） with ESRD maintenance HD. Conclusion： The effect in ESRD maintenance HD patients could not improve hypereoagulation effectively, but apparently improve the patientg Renal function.
