摘  要:为了准确确定甲玛铜多金属矿高浓度充填料浆管道输送沿程阻力损失,为矿山充填管道输送系统设计提供依据,根据甲玛铜多金属矿尾砂性质,采用进口流变仪测试了料浆流变参数。在此基础上,理论计算管道沿程阻力损失,并通过经验公式、数据对该结果进行校核,结果证明该方法对高浓度细粒级浆体的适用性。In order to accurately decide the resistance loss of high-density filling slurry in Jiama Mine, and provide the basis for the design of the filling pipeline transportation system, the writers have tested the rheological parameters with an imported rheometer according to the features of polymetallic tailings of Jiama Mine. On this basis, the theoretical calculation of resistance loss of pipeline delivery has been conducted, and the result has been checked by the empirical formula and data; finally, the applicability of this method on high-density fine grade slurry has been proved.
