摘 要:研究大红山铜矿束状孔当量球形药包爆破采矿技术,通过经验公式预测爆破块度与束状孔及炸药单耗的关系,设计束状孔爆破布孔及装药结构,爆破大块率较低,矿石块度均匀,出矿进路无破坏。采用DSVM-4C型爆破振动测试仪对爆破过程的动态振动波型及振动速度进行监测,监测结果与经验公式预测安全距离基本一致,安全距离应大于180 m。The bundle hole equivalent spherical cartridge blasting technology in Dahongshan Copper Mine is investigated. The relationship between blasting fragmentation and bundle boles and specific charge consumption is predicted by using the empirical formula, and the bundle holes and charge structure are designed. The rate of blasting chunk is low, ore lumpiness is evenly, and there is no damage of the extracted ore drift. The dynamic vibration mode and vibration velocity in the process of blasting are monitored by the DSVM-4C type blasting vibration tester, the monitoring resuhs are consonant with the prediction of the empirical formula. The predicted safe distance is more than 180 m.
