摘  要:目的探讨下肢静脉血栓患者内皮细胞蛋白C受体基因(EPCR)多态性分布状态。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血浆s EPCR水平;采用变性高效液相色谱技术(d HPLC)和限制性片段长度多态性聚合酶链反应(PCR-RFLP)技术检测内皮细胞蛋白C受体基因6936位点单核苷酸(SNP)多态性。结果在下肢静脉血栓组,G等位基因的频率(24.0%)和血浆s EPCR平均水平(141.6+30.1 ng/ml),显著高于对照组G等位基因频率(9.4%)和s EPCR平均水平(110.2+26.4 ng/ml)。结论 EPCR6936的基因多态性与下肢静脉血栓风险相关。Objective:To discussing endothelial cell protein C receptor gene(EPC)polymorphism distribution state On patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis. Methods:The plasma soluble endothelial cell protein C receptor(sEPCR) levels were measured by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method;Analysed endothelial cell protein C recep-tor gene SNP with denaturing high - performance liquid chromatography( DHPLC)and Polymerase chain reaction - restric-tion fragment length polymorphism( PCR - RFLP). Results:In lower extremities thrombosis group,G allele frequency (24. 0% )and plasma sEPCR mean levels(141. 6 + 30. 1 ng/ ml)is significantly higher than control group(9. 4% for G allele frequency and 110. 2 + 26. 4 ng/ ml for sEPCR mean levels). Conclusions EPCR6936 gene polymorphism is associat-ed with the risk of lower extremity venous thrombosis.
