摘 要:本文研究了不同湿压榨条件下纤维保水值和纸页强度性能的变化规律。研究结果显示,经过五次压榨后,未漂白麦草浆和漂白针叶木浆纤维保水值分别下降了30.94%和17.85%;随着压力的增大,两种浆料的保水值均有下降的趋势。纤维压榨后,最重要的变化可能就是纤维压实,细胞壁脱水后,产生了不可逆润胀能力的损失。强制干燥和自然干燥条件下纤维保水值均随着压榨次数的增加而减小。随着压榨次数和压榨压力的增加,漂白针叶木浆和未漂白麦草浆抗张指数和耐破指数均先增加而后减小。The variations of water retention value of fiber and physical properties of paper under different pressing conditions were studied. The results showed that the water retention value of unbleached wheat straw pulp fiber and bleached softwood pulp fiber was decreased by 30.94% and 17.85% respectively after the fifth pressing. The wa- ter retention value of both pulps was decreased with the increase of the pressing pressure. The significant change was that the fiber was compacted during pressing, which led to the dewatering of the cell wall of fiber resulting in the loss of the irreversible swelling. The water retention value of fiber was decreased with the increase of the press- ing time under forced drying and air drying conditions. The tensile and burst index of paper from unbleached wheat raw pulp/bleached softwood pulp were increased then decreased with the increase of the pressing time/pressure.
