摘 要:本文对蒲葵茎杆的化学成分和制浆造纸的可行性进行了初步实验研究,并与甘蔗渣进行了比较。结果表明:蒲葵茎杆综纤维素含量与甘蔗渣相当,而木素含量较低,纤维的平均长度约为1.5mm,是一种可利用的造纸原料。采用硫酸盐法蒸煮和打浆机机械处理制备得到半化学浆,再进行次氯酸盐(H)-过氧化氢(P)两段漂白,漂后手抄纸页白度从原浆的12.2%ISO提高到30.4%ISO。蒲葵茎杆漂白浆抄制的纸页抗张指数为20.46N·m·g-1,耐破指数2.66 k Pa·m2·g-1,环压指数6.08 N·m/g,撕裂指数9.01 m N·m2·g-1,物理强度性能较好,适合生产瓦楞纸等包装用纸。The chemical composition and the feasibility of pulping and papermaking of Livistona chinensis stem were studied by preliminary experiment and compared with those of bagasse. The results showed that: the lignin content of Livistona chinensis stem was low, the holocellulose content was high relatively and was similar to that of bagasse. We adapted the method of kraft pulping and mechanical treatment using beating machine to get the semi - chemical pulp, followed by the hypochlorite and hydrogen peroxide H - P two stage bleaching. After bleaching the brightness of the papersheet was improved from 12.2% ISO to 30.4% ISO. The tensile index,burst index,ring crush index and tear index of the paper made of livistona chinensis stem bleached pulp was 20.46N· m · g- 1,2.66 kPa· m2 · g- 1, -1 6.08 N· m ·g- 1 ,9.01 mN · m2· g-1 respectively. The strength property was relatively good and was suitable for making corrugated packaging paper.
