摘 要:制备钼酸银抗菌纸,并对其抗菌性能进行研究。抗菌剂采用表面喷涂和浆内填加两种方式与纸浆纤维结合;选择大肠杆菌、黑曲霉菌、金黄色葡萄球菌三种代表性菌种检测其抗菌性能。研究结果表明:钼酸银抗菌纸对以上三种菌种均具有一定的抑制效果,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌效果最为明显;随钼酸银浓度升高,抗菌效果增强;随时间延长,对霉菌抗菌效果减弱,但对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌抗菌效果下降不明显。Abstract:The application of antibacterial agent in papermaking was studied, the antimicrobial effects with the pho- tocatalytic antibacterial agent Ag2MoO4 were compared. Two methods were used for producing antibacterial paper: spraying antibacterial to paper and adding it in pulp. Three representative strains Escherichia coli, AspergiUus niger, Staphylococcus were chosen to detect the broad -spectrum antibacterial property. The results showed that Ag2MoO4 antibacterial paper had good inhibition effect on Escherichia coli, the inhibition effect on AspergiUus niger decreased with extention of time, and it had the inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus. With the increase of Ag2M0O4in a certain range of concentration, the antibacterial effect of antibacterial paper also increased. Ag2M0O4 antibacterial paper also had inhibiting effect to the representative strains.
