摘　　要：本文重点分析了影响软包装干式复合质量的因素，包括胶水类型的选择、胶水配比方法、上胶量、网线辊的正确选择、干燥温度的设定、复合辊温度与压力、复合张力的设置、溶剂的纯度、复合材料的电晕处理、产品熟化时间与温度控制等，并提出用“工艺数据管理”的方式提高产品质量。This article mainly analyzes the factors that influence the flexible packaging dry lamination, including the choosing type of the glue, the ratio method of the glue, the amount of the glue, the correct choice of the cable rolls, setting of the dry temperature, temperature and pressure of composite roll , setting up complex tension, the purity of solvents, the corona treatment of composite materials, as well as time and temperature control in product aging.Apart from this, the article also proposes the approach of ＂process data management＂ to improve quality of the products .
