复方丹参片联合全天麻胶囊治疗偏头痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方丹参片联合全天麻胶囊治疗偏头痛患者的疗效。方法:随机选取广东工业大学校医院收治的偏头痛患者130例,随机分成对照组和治疗组,对照组采用单纯尼莫地平片治疗,治疗组采用复方丹参片联合全天麻胶囊治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.8%,对照组总有效率为56.9%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参片联合全天麻胶囊治疗偏头痛疗效显著,并且具有简单、方便、成本低等特点,值得临床应用推广。OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the efficacy of Compound Salvia Tablets plus Gastrodia Capsules for migraine. METHODS ： 130 patients with migraine treated in the Hospital of Guangdong University of Technology were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated by Nimodipine Tablets and the treatment group treated by Compound Salvia Tablets plus Gastrodia Capsules. RESULTS： The total response rate in the treatment group was 90.8% and that in the control group was 56.9%, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION ： The curative effect of Compound Salvia Tablets plus Gastrodia Capsules is effective for migraine, and it is simple and convenient to use with low cost, which thus is worthy of popularization in clinical application.
