基层医院老年住院患者对专职陪护服务要求的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨基层医院老年住院患者对专职陪护人员提供陪护服务的要求状况。方法采用质性研究中现象学研究的半结构化,面对面,深度访谈方法,访谈11例本院心血管内科老年住院患者,了解患者对专职陪护人员服务的要求现状。结果主题一,对专职陪护人员的要求:要求专职陪护人员具有一定职业素质及陪护相关知识。主题二,对陪护管理机构管理的要求:要求陪护机构加强对专职陪护人员的职责管理及规范费用收取的管理。主题三,老年住院患者需要亲人陪伴的情感需求。结论专职陪护人员不能满足老年住院患者的服务要求;陪护机构管理不够规范;老年住院患者需要亲情的支持。陪护机构应加强专职陪护人员职责管理,对专职陪护人员进行规范化培训,亲人多陪伴以满足患者的心理需求。Objective To investigate the needs for special escort service for senile inpatients in primary-level hospitals.Methods Eleven senile inpatients in the cardiovascular internal medicine of our hospital were interviewed with a semi-structured questionnaire. The elderly inpatients′ demands for full-time escort service status was surveyed. Firstly, they demanded that the full-time attendants should have certain professional quality and escort related knowledge. Secondly, they demanded that the agencies should strengthen professional duty of the caregivers and standardize the charge of medical fees. Thirdly, they had strong emotional needs for the accompanying of their relatives, and their family members. Conclusions Professional escort service cannot meet the requirement of the hospitalized elderly patients. Escort agency management needs standardization. Elderly hospitalized patients need the support of the families. Request escort agencies should strengthen the management responsibilities of full-time escort personnel to meet their psychological needs.
