低强度激光联合吹氧治疗白血病患者化疗后口腔黏膜炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨低强度激光联合吹氧治疗白血病患者化疗后口腔黏膜炎的疗效。方法选取本院2010年6月~2012年6月收治的68例白血病因化疗后引起口腔黏膜炎的患者,按随机数字表法随机将患者分为两组,每组各34例,对照组患者采用由生理盐水400 m L、庆大霉素64万U、维生素B12500 mg组成的含漱水含漱,4次/d,每次3~5 min,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用低强度激光联合吹氧进行治疗。治疗1周后观察两组患者疗效及愈合时间。结果两组患者治疗效果及愈合时间比较,均P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义,观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,愈合时间明显短于对照组。结论低强度激光联合吹氧治疗白血病患者化疗后口腔黏膜炎疗效显著,明显缩短了患者治疗时间,可达到抑菌、镇痛、抗炎及加快黏膜修复的作用。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of low-intensity laser combined with blowing oxygen on chemotherapy- induced oral mucositis in leukemia patients. Methods Sixty-eight patients with oral mucositis induced by chemotherapy from June 2010 to June 2012 in our hospital were divided ihto two groups at random with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with gargle containing physiological saline 400 mL, gentamiein 640 000 U and vitamin B12 500 mg, 4 times a day, 3 - 5 mins each time. Besides the treatment in the control group, the observation group was treated with low intensity laser in combination with oxygen therapy. After 1 week, the two groups were compared in terms of curative effect and healing time. Result The curative effect in the observation group was better and the cure time was shorter than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Low-intensity laser combined with blowing oxygen therapy is effective in treating chemotherapy-induced oral mucositis and it can shorten the healing time.
