摘  要:以新疆圆脆枣为试材,对黑曲霉TL-10侵染圆脆枣的方式、影响因素及其防治措施进行了研究。结果表明:有伤接种侵染效果明显,当接种黑曲霉TL-10病菌孢子浓度大于1×102个/m L时,枣果发病率为100%;光照利于黑曲霉TL-10的生长;低温能抑制黑曲霉TL-10对圆脆枣的侵染,4℃条件下贮藏7 d后未发病;在85℃热处理处理,能将黑曲霉TL-10的分生孢子全部杀死;微波处理及紫外线辐照处理均能抑制孢子萌发。Infection process of Aspergillus niger TL-10, impact factors and its controlling measures were studied with ma- terial of Yuancui jujube. The results showed that A. niger TL-10 could infect injured jujube, and infection rate reached 100% at the inoculum concentration above more than 1×102 spores/mL. Low temperature could inhibit the infection, while illumination contributed to TL-10 growth. The infection were failed at 4 ℃ after 7 days storage. And the spore germination could be inhibited by heat treatment of 85 ℃, microwave treatment and UV irradiation treatment.
