摘  要:目的:对格木Erythrophleum fordii Oliver的内生真菌菌株Trichoderma harzianum次生代谢产物进行研究。方法:将此内生真菌进行发酵培养,对其发酵液利用色谱方法进行分离纯化,利用波谱方法鉴定得到化合物结构。结果:从其发酵液中分离得到了10个化合物,包括7个环二肽类、2个酚酸和1个嘧啶类化合物,其结构分别为环(R-脯氨酸-甘氨酸)(1)、环-(R-脯氨酸-R-丙氨酸)(2)、环-(S-脯氨酸-R-缬氨酸)(3)、环-(4-甲基-R-脯氨酸-S-正缬氨酸)(4)、环-(R-脯氨酸-R-亮氨酸)(5)、环-(R-脯氨酸-R-苯丙氨酸)(6)、环-(4-羟基-S-脯氨酸-S-亮氨酸)(7)、尿嘧啶(8)、对羟基苯乙醇(9)、间羟基苯乙酸(10)。结论:这些化合物均是首次从该菌株中分离得到。Objective: The secondary metabolites of endophytic fungus Trichoderma harzianum, isolated from Erythrophleum fordii Oliver, were studied. Methods: The endophytic fungus was fermented and the chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various column chromatographies. The structures of isolated compounds were determined by combined spectroscopic methods. Results: 10 compounds including 7 cyclic dipeptides, 2 phenols and 1 prydine were isolated. Their structures were determined respectively as cyclo-( R-Pro-Gly ) ( 1 ), cyclo-( R-Pro-R-Ala ) ( 2 ), cyclo-( S-Pro-R-Val ) ( 3 ), cyclo-(4-methyl-R-Pro-S-Nva) ( 4), eyclo-(R-Pro-R-Leu) ( 5 ), cyclo-(R-Pro-R-Phe) ( 6 ), cyclo- (4-hydroxyl-S-Pro-S-Leu) (7), uracil(8 ), p-hydroxylphenylethanol ( 9 ), m-hydroxylphenylacitic acid ( 10 ). Conclusion : All these compounds were isolated from Trichoderma harzlanum for the first time.
