摘  要:目的:建立山羊角药材的HPLC指纹图谱。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Venusil ASB C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为0.1%甲酸水-乙腈,梯度洗脱;检测波长为254 nm;流速为1.0 m L·min-1。结果:建立了10个不同产地山羊角药材的共有图谱,确定了10个共有峰,采用液质联用技术指认了其中4个共有峰,并采用聚类分析、主成分分析、相似度分析的方法对指纹图谱进行了分析。结论:该方法简便快速、专属性强,可用于山羊角药材的鉴别和评价。Objective: To set u Pthe HPLC fingerprint for Capra hireus Linnaeus. Methods: The separation was performed by HPLC. Venusil ASB C18 (4. 6 ×250 mm, 5 μm)column was used with mixture of 0. 1% formic acid-water and acetonitrile as mobile phase in gradient mode. The detection wavelength was 254 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min^-1. Results: The HPLC fingerprint for Capra hireus Linnaeus collected from ten different sources was set up. There were ten common peaks, four of witch had been identified by HPLC-DAD-ESI/MS/MS. The fingerprint was analyzed with methods of cluster analysis, principal component analysis and similarity computation. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and can be used for identification and evaluation of Capra hireus Linnaeus.
