摘 要:目的:通过对比研究四川不同地区栽培及野生益母草的有效成分含量和药材产量,为建立益母草规范化种植基地提供参考。方法:参照《中华人民共和国药典》2010版用HPLC法测定益母草有效成分含量。结果:四川11个产地的18批益母草盐酸水苏碱和盐酸益母草碱含量范围分别为0.69%-2.31%和0.070%-0.454%。而凉山州所产益母草的盐酸水苏碱和盐酸益母草碱含量最高,分别为1.71%和0.263%,不仅含量是《中华人民共和国药典》2010版规定的3-5倍,产量也最高,为7258.55 kg·hm^-2。结论:四川凉山州益母草产量及有效成分含量均较高,可作为益母草的适宜栽培区。Objective: To provide references for establishing standardized planting base by comparing and studying the effective components and medical yield of cultivated and wild motherwort from different areas of Sichuan. Methods: Determining the content of effective component in motherwort by HPLC referring to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010 edition). Results: The ranges of the content of stachydrine hydrochloride and leonurine hydrochloride of the 18 groups of motherwort from 11 areas of Sichuan were 0. 69 % -2. 31% and 0. 070% -0. 454%. The highest content of hydrochloric stachydrine ( 1.71% ) and leonurine hydrochloride(0. 263% )in motherwort were produced in Liangshan prefecture, which were 3- 5 times more than the standards of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010 edition). The yield of motherwort in Liangshan prefecture is the highest, which was 7258.55 kg·hm^-2. Conclusion: The yield and the content of effective components of motherwort in Liangshan prefecture in Sichuau are higher, where it can be used as a suitable cultivation area for motherwort.
