摘 要:目的:研究不同水分处理对广藿香生长、生理生化特性及有效物质累积的影响。方法:采用盆栽水分胁迫试验方法,对不同水分处理下广藿香生长、生理生化特性以及有效成分累积的相关指标进行测定,结合统计方法进行分析比较。结果:随着土壤水分的降低,广藿香株高和地上部分干重、茎粗、叶片指数、分蘖数呈先升高后逐渐下降趋势;脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)含量均呈先下降后上升趋势;挥发油含量先上升后下降,百秋李醇和广藿香酮含量均呈上升趋势。结论:在土壤水分80%~85%处理下,广藿香能保持一定的抗渗透胁迫能力和清除活性氧的能力,且能增加药材产量和提高有效成分的累积。Objective: To study the effects of water stress on growth and physiological-biochemical characteristics and content of active constituents in Pogostemon cablin (Blanco) Benth. Methods: The gowth, physiological-biochemical characteristics and effective components were measured under water stress conditions therough pot culture experiments. Results : The plant height, dry weight, basal culm thickness, tiller number, leaf areas index increased under light water stress, while decreased under severe water stress; The result also showed that with the decrease of soil water content, praline, soluble protein, MDA, SOD, POD, and CAT content in P. Cablin leaves decreased and then increased, volatile oil content increased and then decreased, patchouli alchol and patchoulenone content increased. Conclusion: P. cablin has osmotic stress resistance ability and reactive oxygen scavenging capacity at 80% and 85% water treatment, which can improve the yield and quality of medicinal materials.
