余氏三根汤联合米诺环素治疗囊肿型痤疮的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察余氏三根汤联合米诺环素治疗囊肿型痤疮的临床疗效。[方法]将确诊的120例囊肿型痤疮患者随机分为治疗组、对照1组和对照2组,每组40例。治疗组予中药余氏三根汤加减联合米诺环素治疗,对照1组仅予西药米诺环素治疗,对照2组仅予中药余氏三根汤加减治疗。以上患者均连续治疗8周后观察疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈15例,显效18例,总有效率为82.5%;对照1组治愈9例,显效13例,总有效率为55%;对照2组治愈10例,显效14例,总有效率为60%。治疗组与对照1组、对照2组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),对照1组、对照2组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]余氏三根汤联合米诺环素治疗囊肿型痤疮疗效显著,值得推广。[Ohjective]To observe the clinical effect in treating cystic ache with combination of Yu Shi San Gen Tang and minoeycfine. [Methods] 120 patients with cystic acne were randomly divided into 3 groups, 40 cases in treatment group treated with Yu Shi San Gen Tang and minocycline, 40 cases in control groupltreated with minocyeline and 40 cases in the control group 2 treated with Yu Shi San Gen Tang. These patients were observed the effect after continuously treated for 8 weeks. [Results] In treatment group, 15 cases were cured, 18 were effective, the total effective rate was 82.5%. In control groupl, they were respectively 9,13 and 55%. In control group 2, they were respectively 10,14 and 60%,with significant difference between treatment group and control groupl, control group2, and no significant difference between control group 1 and control group 2. [Conclusion] The combination of Yu Shi San C, en Tang and minocycline has a significant curative effect on cystic aene.
