摘　　要：目的提高构建携pEGFP-C1的目的基因真核表达载体的成功率。方法通过理论研究结合实验操作经验。结果利用该方法可以高效率的成功构建真核表达载体。结论文章提出的方法简便、通用、高效,可以解决重组DNA载体构建技术中的一系列关键问题,为相关研究提供了必要的理论和技术支持。Objective To improve the success rate of constructing eukaryotic expression vectors with pEGFP-C1. Methods Through theoretical research combined with experimental experience. Results The proposed methods can efficiently construct eukaryotic expression vectors. Conclusions This paper proposed a simple, general and efficient method, that can solve a series of key problems in DNA recombination. This paper provides valuable theoretical and technical supports.
