摘　　要：本文基于系统动力学的视角,认为构成基层服务型党组织动力机制主要包括需要激励机制、目标导向机制、制度供给机制以及主体能动机制,整体性、开放性、结构性、非线性是基层服务型党组织建设动力机制的基本特征。基层服务型党组织的动力机制具有启动、维持、定向及调控等功能,其构建原则主要包括组织系统原则、科学设置原则、注重实效原则、适度前瞻原则。This paper, based on the perspective of system dynamics that constitute the service party organizations at the grass-roots level dynamic mechanism mainly includes the need, goal-oriented mechanism, incentive mechanism, system and mechanism, the supply mechanism and subject integration, openness, structural and nonlinear are the basic characteristics of the construction of service-oriented party organizations at the grass-roots level power mechanism. Service-oriented party organizations at the grass-roots level of dynamic mechanism has started, sustain, orientation and regulating functic, such as the constructing principles mainly include organization system principle, scientific principle and pragmatic principle, the principle of moderate foresight.
