摘　　要：本文分析了大数据环境下医疗信息的特征,提出利用北京联通114预约挂号平台优势结合电子病历及互联网发展创新应用,并探讨数据挖掘框架和主要解决方案,分别从114挂号平台用户、公众用户及第三方商家三者角度探讨商业化构思。文中认为本应用的数据挖掘框架包括数据采集、数据预处理、分析挖掘及应用层。应用层包括健康指数发布、增值咨询服务与第三方商家精准营销数据支持等方面。This paper analyzes the characteristics of the medical information in big data environment, proposes the concept that we can make the advantages of Beijing Unicorn 114 appointment unified platform combined with electronic medical records and the Internet to develop innovative applications. We also discuss the data mining framework,the mainly mining methods and solutions, respectively from 114 register platform users, the public and third party merchants we discuss the commercial design in three point of view. In this paper, we conclude that the application of medical innovation framework should include data acquisition, data preprocessing, data mining analysis of mining and the application layer. The applications include health index distribution, value-added consulting services and precision marketing data support to third-party merchants, etc
