摘　　要：目的对流行性乙型脑炎减毒活疫苗的免疫效果进行分析和探讨。方法选择我院接受的100名满l周岁未接种过乙型脑炎疫苗的儿童作为研究对象,分别采集全部儿童乙脑疫苗免疫前、免疫后两到三月和2周岁加强免疫两到三个月的外周静脉血各一份,对血清乙型脑炎中和抗体进行检测。结果在免疫之后共计有87名儿童中和抗体呈阳性,共计达到了87%的初次免疫成功率。其中有75名2岁儿童加强免疫后,共计有74名儿童乙脑中和抗体呈阳性,达到了98.7%的免疫成功率。相对于初次免疫而言,加强免疫的效果明显要优,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乙型脑炎减毒活疫苗的免疫原性较好,而且该疫苗属于单人份包装,在接种的时候更加安全,值得在基层进行推广和使用。Objective To Japanese encephalitis immune effect of attenuated live vaccine were analyzed and discussed. Methods In our hospital accepted 100 children 1 years of age have not been vaccinated a Japanese encephalitis vaccine as the object of study, were collected before immunization, all children of JE vaccine immunization after 2 years from two to March and two to March months to strengthen the immunity of peripheral venous blood of each, to detect the serum neutralizing antibody of type B encephalitis. Results In a total of 87 children immune after neutralizing antibody positive, the total reached primary innnune success rate of 87%. Pxelative to the primaW inmmnity, strengthen the inunune effects obvious advantages, the difference was significant, with statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） . CollClusioll The live attenuated Japanese encephalitis vaccine inmmnogenicity is better, but the vaccine belongs to single packaged, nlorc secure when inoculation, and it is worthy to popularize and use in basic level.
