摘　　要：目的探究脑卒中患病几率与患者腰围(WC)、体重指数(BMI)、年龄、身高及高血压等多方面因素之间的联系。方法选取我院2012年6月到2013年1月间住院治疗的脑卒中患者及其他疾病患者共130人进行体检及问卷调查。将其分为脑卒中组与非脑卒中组,得出脑卒中与WC、BMI、年龄、身高及高血压等多方面因素间关系。结果年龄较大且曾有患有高血压的患者为脑卒中患病的高发人群。其中60岁以下的患者,脑卒中患病率与BMI和WC数据成正比。通过分组对比得知,WC与脑卒中患病几率之间存在线性关联。总结多方面因素分析得知,脑卒中患病率与WC之间关系较为密切,二者之间具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中最小OR值大于1,与身高间无明显联系,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论随着人群中肥胖、超重者逐渐增多,患脑卒中患者不断增加,其二者间具有独立联系。故目前预防脑卒中疾病的发生,重点在于肥胖、超重人群的预防。Objective The chance to explore the prevalence of stroke in patients with waist circumference （ WC ） contact body mass index （ BM1 ）, age, height and blood pressure anmng other factors. Methods Hospital between June 2012 to January 2013 hospitalized patients with stroke and other diseases who undergo a medical examination and a total of 130 questionnaires. Will be divided into groups of stroke and non-stroke group, drawn between stroke and WC, BMI, age, height and blood pressure and other factors relationship. Results Older and had a high-risk population of patients suffering from hypertension for stroke illness. Patients 60 years of age, the prevalence of stroke data with BMI and WC which is proportional. By comparison groups that there is a linear correlation between WC and stroke risk of illness. Summarizes the various factors analyzed, the relationship between the prevalence of stroke and WC relatively close, with statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） between the two, which is greater than a minimum OR, and no clear link between height, not statistically significant （ P〉0.05 ） . Conclusion With the population obese, overweight gradually increased, increasing the risk of stroke patients, between its two independent links. Therefore, the current prevention of stroke disease, with emphasis on the prevention of obesiW and overweight people.
