肾镜联合超声负压吸引在治疗前列腺电切术后膀胱内血凝块的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨超声负压吸引联合肾镜应用于前列腺电切术(TURP)后膀胱内的血凝块治疗的有效性和安全性。方法选取我院收治的40例TURP后由于出血膀胱内出现血凝块的患者作为研究对象,随机分成研究组和对照组。结果所有患者均一次性清除血凝块,研究组的操作时间明显低于对照组,且组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,研究组患者的不良反应较少,安全性高。结论肾镜联合超声负压吸引清除前列腺电切术后膀胱内的血凝块简单易行,操作时间短,安全可靠,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To study the ultrasonic pressure suction .joint nephroscope applied to electricity cut method of prostate （TURP）in the treatment of blood clots within the bladder after the efficacy and safety. Selection Methods 40 cases of our hospital because of bleeding after TURP in bladder blood clot patients as the research object, random divided into research group and the control group. Results All patients were one-time blood clots, significantly lower than the control gronp, the team＇s operation time and diffirences between the groups with statistical sigmificance （P〈0.05） . In addition, the research group of patients with less adverse reaction, high safety. Conclusion Renal mirror combined ultrasonic pressure suction to remove the prostate gland cut postoperative blood clots within the bladder is simple, short operation 6me, safe and reliable, and is worth popularizing in clinical use.
