抗生素联合阴道栓剂在非淋菌性宫颈炎治疗中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析非淋菌性宫颈炎疾病使用抗生素治疗的临床效果。方法 2012至2014年我院共接收了80例非淋菌性阴道炎患者,将这些患者分成对照组和观察组,均有40例,对照组患者使用阿奇霉素,观察组使用阴道栓和阿奇霉素,对两组的治疗效果和不良反应进行比较分析。结果观察组患者的临床治疗效果是90%,对照组治疗效果是75%,两组具有差异性(χ2=6.897,P=0.012);观察组出现了3例不良反应病例,占总数的7.5%,对照有4例不良反应病例,占总数的10%,其不良反应结果存在差异性(χ2=0.132,P=0.831)。结论临床中为患者使用抗生素和阴道栓治疗,比单独抗生素治疗的效果要优秀,可以在临床中进行推广使用。Objective Study on the clinical effect analysis of non gonococcal cervicitis disease using antibiotics Methods From 2012 to 2014 in our hospital received a total of 80 cases of non gonococcal vaginitis patient, these patients were divided into control group and observation group, in all 40 cases, the patients of control group with azithromycin, the observation group use vaginal suppository and azithromycin, carried on the comparative analysis of two groups of curative effect and adverse reaction.Results To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of patients is 90%, the control group treatment effect is 75%, the two group has difference （ x^2=6.897, P=0.012 ） ; observation group there were 3 cases ofADR cases, accounting for 7.5% of the total, 4 cases of the control cases of adverse reactions, accounting for 10% of the total, the adversereaction resttlts therethe difference （ x^2=0.132, P=0.831 ） . Conclusion for the patients with the use of antibiotics and vaginal suppository in the treatment ofcfinical, thma a single antibiotic treamaent effect to be good, can be used widely in clinical practice.
