细菌学检验在医院感染监测中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究细菌学检验在医院感染监测中的作用及意义。方法对我院2012年至2014年细菌学检验结果进行分析,主要包括空气、物表及手表的采样及结果分析。结果检测空气标本3489个,检测到菌落1435个,未检测到致病菌,合格率为93.5%;检测物表标本1034个,检测到菌落329个,未检测到致病菌,合格率为96.2%;检测医务人员手表956个,检测到菌落数378个,合格率97.6%。针对未达标科室提出整改计划,重点监测,合格率逐年提升。结论临床细菌室应在细菌监测工作中保持严谨的科学态度,为医院感染提供准确的细菌检测数据,通过有效的预防控制措施,降低医院感染的发生率。Objective To study the effect and significance of bacteriological examination in the monitoring of nosocomial infection. Methods In our hospital from 201. Conclusion The clinical microbiology laboratory should maintain strict scientific attitude in bacterial monitoring work, in order to provide accurate detection of bacteria in hospital infection control measures through data, effectively prevent and reduce the incidence ot infection in hospital.
