浅谈室性心律失常的急诊治疗及护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨急诊治疗及护理室性心律失常特点及护理。方法本次选取室性心律失常40例,均为我院2013年4月至2014年4月收治,在急诊治疗的同时,完善整体、全面的护理干预。结果本次选取的室性心律失常患者,经急救治疗及整体、全面的护理,抢救成功39例,占97.5%,死亡1例,占2.5%,患者或家属护理满意度为100%。结论针对室性心律失常患者,在抢救的同时,加强整体、全面的护理干预,可保障患者预后,提高护理质量。Objective Investigate emergency treatment and nursing care characteristics and ventricular arrhythmias. Methods The selected 40 cases of ventricular arrhythmias, both in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were treated in the emergency treatment at the same time, improve the overall, comprehensive care intervention. Results The selection of patients with ventricular arrhythmias, the first aid treatment and overall, comprehensive care, successful rescue 39 cases, accounting for 97.5%, and 1 died, accounting for 2.5% of patients or their families care for 100% satisfaction. Conclusion For patients with ventricular arrhythmias, in the rescue, while strengthening the overall, comprehensive care interventions, the prognsis can protect and improve the quality of care.
