脑卒中患者出院准备度的应用及分析

摘　　要：目的对脑卒中患者的出院准备度应用进行分析。方法选择2013年4月至2014年5月我院收治的100例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,随机将其分成实验组和对照组,每组各50例,实验组患者在常规护理的基础上进行出院准备干预,对照组患者仅采取常规的护理,待两组患者出院后,对其出院准备度进行分析。结果实验组患者出院准备度的综合评分大于对照组患者(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论出院准备度是衡量医院服务水平的重要指标,因此医院应该对患者进行全面的出院准备度干预,加强医院的服务意识,切实落实出院准备,以提高患者的照顾能力,减少疾病的复发率。Objective Discharge readiness application in patients with cerebral apoplexy were analyzed. Methods Choice between April 2013 and May 2014, our hospital 100 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients as the research object, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each group, the experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing patients with hospital preparation intervention, control group patients take routine nursing care, only stay two groups of patients after discharge, the discharge readiness for analysis. Results The experimental group patients discharged from hospital readiness of comprehensive score is greater than the control group （ P〈0.05 ）, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion Discharge readiness is an important indicator to measure the service level of the hospital, therefore the hospital should be comprehensive discharge readiness interventiou on the patients, strengthen the service consciousness of hospitals, earnestly implement the hospital preparation, in order to iniprove the ability to take care of patients, reduce the recurrence of the disease.
