摘  要:采用浓硝酸-高氯酸微波消解,用原子吸收分光光度法测定葛根中的钾、钠、钙、镁、锌五种金属含量。结果表明,葛根样品中钾、钠、钙、镁和锌含量分别为6.163 8,6.445 1,12.535 7,2.014 2,0.054 7 mg/g,加标回收率分别为98.89%,97.30%,101.01%,96.81%,96.12%,相对标准偏差为2.11%,1.29%,0.79%,1.92%和4.06%。精密度和重复性实验的相对标准偏差分别为0.65%,0.29%,1.01%,0.57%,1.01%,0.26%,0.61%,0.43%,0.22%,1.35%。The sample were digested with microwave for addition HNO3-HC104, and the contents of the kalium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and zinc in root of kudzu vine were measured by FAAS. The results showed that contents of the kalium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and zinc are 6. 163 8,6. 445 1, 12.535 7,2.014 2 and 0. 054 7 mg/g,repeatability,its recovery of adding standard sample are 98.89%, 97.30%, 101.01% ,96.81% and 96. 12% repeatability. Its relative standard deviation are 2.11%, 1.29% ,0.79%, 1.92% and 4.06%. Relative standard deviation of precision and repeatability experi- ment are 0.65% ,0.29% ,1.01% ,0.57% ,1.01% and 0.26% ,0.61% ,0.43% ,0.22% ,1.35% ,re- peatability.
