摘  要:提出一种可现场组装结构的基于PCB平面型Rogowski线圈的电流传感器。在简单介绍Rogowski线圈基本工作原理的基础上,详细介绍了线圈的组成、结构和工作原理,并对线圈的主要部件进行详细阐述。给出线圈与被测导体之间的互感系数、自感和电阻计算公式。工频测试结果表明:线圈不仅理论计算结果与实际制造出的线圈的测试结果的一致性非常好,而且具有良好的线性输入输出关系和较高的灵敏度。频率特性测试结果表明:线圈可以真实反应被测电流的波形,并且没有明显衰减。拆装式PCB型Rogowski线圈电流传感器的最大特点是可以在不停电的情况下进行现场安装,并且不会影响被测设备的原来运行状态,为PCB型Rogowski线圈在电力系统的推广应用奠定了技术基础。Based on Rogowski coils of printed circuit board,a new structure field assemble of electric cur-rent sensor was put forward. After introducing the working principle of Rogowski coils briefly,the new type of electric current sensor is described in detail,including its constitute, structure and working princi-ple. Calculation formula of mutual inductance and self-inductance and resistance of Rogowski coils were given. The results of power frequency show that not only theoretical calculation is in accordance with the test results,but also it has excellent linearity input-output relationship and good selectivity. The frequency test results show that the coils have good frequency response characteristics, and little attenuate of current waveform. The advantages of the new type of electric current sensor is that it can install at site without blackout,and it has no effect on the operation of the electric installation,which lays a good foundation for future popularization and application in power system.
