摘 要:本文提出了一种新型起重机用外转子永磁同步电机(PMSM),并建立起重机用PMSM的三维温度场数学模型;基于传热学理论基础,通过有限元法建立了在特殊结构下起重机用PMSM的三维瞬态温度场数学模型,给出求解区域内的基本假设及相应的边界条件,确定了电机各部分的导热系数及各表面的散热系数;根据电磁场计算,得出了电机的定子铁心损耗、绕组铜耗、转子涡流损耗与机械损耗等的热源分布;以采用S3工作制负载持续率40%的低速大转矩外转子起重机用PMSM为例,本电机在每10分钟内运行4分钟,停机或断能6分钟。运用有限元法对电机三维温度场进行了计算,分析了静态温度场参数化计算、瞬态温度场计算对电机温度场准确性的影响。通过样机试验与计算结果的对比,证明瞬态热源时变加载的科学性,并为特殊工况电机的温度场计算提供了参考依据。An exterior-rotor PMSM for crane was provided,and the physical model of 3D transient temper-ature field for a crane PMSM was established. Some hypothetical conditions and boundary conditions of the solved region were presented. Lots of coefficients of thermal conductivity and surface heat transfer were given. Stator iron losses,windings copper losses,rotor eddy current loss and mechanical losses were calculated according to the electromagnetic field analysis. With S3 duty of low speed and high torque Out-side rotor PMSM for crane as example,the motor run four minutes,stop or break to 6 minutes in every 10 minutes. 3D transient temperature field was calculated using 3D finite element Method,and Analyzing the parameter calculation of static temperature field,the calculation of transient temperature field on the accu-racy of the motor temperature field. By comparing the results of prototype test and calculation,the science of heat source variable loading is shown,and the reference is provided for the calculation of temperature field in special working condition of motor.
