摘 要:利用ASD便携式手持光谱仪,实测了研究区域内油松林健康松枝和发黄松枝的原始光谱数据,并采集松枝样本进行叶绿素的测定。通过对光谱数据的处理,计算出光谱数据的位置特征参数—"三边"参数。对"三边"参数与所测叶绿素值进行相关性分析,选择最优的参数拟合出叶绿素的线性回归模型。结果表明:基于红边面积(SDr)的健康松树针叶叶绿素估算模型的决定系数为0.788;基于蓝边位置(PDb)的发黄松树针叶叶绿素估算模型的决定系数为0.710。利用实验数据对所建立的估算模型进行验证,健康松树针叶与发黄松树针叶叶绿素估算模型的可靠性均满足实验要求,说明应用"三边"参数估算植被叶绿素的方法是可行的。We measured the spectral data of the Pinus tabulaeformis with healthy and withered branches, respectively, in the field, and gathered their needles were to assay their chlorophyll content. We calculated the characteristic parameters of "Sanbian" in three special positions with the spectral data. Then, we analyzed the correlation between the "Sanbian" pa- rameters and the chlorophyll content assay, and established a linear regression model to estimate the chlorophyll content with the optimal parameters. The coefficient of determination of chlorophyll estimation model was 0.788 in the needles of healthy P. tabulaeformis based on the red edge area, and it was 0.710 in the needles of withered P. tabulaeformis based on the position of the blue edge. At last, by verifying the estimation model, it is reliable for two chlorophyll estimation models in the needles of healthy and withered P. tabulaeformi.
