摘  要:阐述冶金工业轧制自动化技术的特点和主要内容,总结轧制自动化关键技术的发展现状,分析相关方面的优势与不足,指出轧制自动化技术的未来发展将会以大数据、物联网、云计算等为基础,向更有效服务于制造装备业的智能化、信息化、绿色化方向发展;除解决传统的精度、质量与效率问题以外,在轧制自动化技术发展中应更加注意相关技术与全流程信息化概念的融合,重点关注依然长期依赖进口的关键装备与技术的消化吸收和国产化。Major technologies for rolling automation in metallurgical industry and their features are in-troduced. The advantages and disadvantages of the relevant technologies at present in China are pres-ented and analysed. In the foreseeable future,the rolling automation technologies will be developed on the basis of big data,internet of things,cloud computing,etc. And the development directions are in-telligentization, informatization and greenization, which will make these technologies work for the manufacturing industry more efficiently. In the process of development,besides solving the problems of accuracy,quaulity and efficiency,more attention should be paid to the integration between relavent technologies and total processing information conception, especially the digestion and absorption of key equipment and technologies which are still dependent on importing from other countries.
