摘  要:各种中厚板高强度钢的生产和轧后超快冷等技术的应用,对预矫直工艺和设备的发展提出了要求。针对预矫直工艺特点,以7辊预矫直机为研究对象,建立了中厚板预矫直过程的三维有限元模型。通过数值模拟,对比了大变形、小变形、小倾角整体倾斜、大倾角整体倾斜4种矫直方案中钢板的残留挠度和残余应力,并分析了矫直速度对矫直过程的影响。结果表明:预矫直可有效改善轧制板形缺陷,大倾角整体倾斜方案较适合本文研究的中厚板预矫直机。With the production of all kinds of high-strength plate steels and the application of ultra-fast cooling and other technologies,higher requirements for pre-straightening process and equipments are put forward. According to the characteristics of pre-straightening process,the 3D FEM(finite ele-ment method) model of plate pre-straightening process is built through taking a seven-roller plate pre-straightener as the research object. By numerical simulation, the residual deflection and residual stress in four kinds of straightening schemes are compared,which are the large deformation method, the small deformation method, the small inclination tilting method, and the big inclination tilting method. The influence of straightening speed on straightening process is analysed. The results show that the pre-straightening treatment can effectively improve the plate shape defects,and the big incli-nation tilting method is suitable for the plate pre-straightener studied in this paper.
