摘  要:目的研究呼出气一氧化氮(FENO)对儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的诊断价值。方法收集我院门诊及病房诊治的符合儿童慢性咳嗽诊断标准的病例208例。明确患儿的病因诊断,对其进行FENO检测。结果以FENO测定值≥22ppb为界限,FENO测定CVA的敏感度为95.06%,特异度为66.96%。以FENO测定值〉36ppb为界限,FENO测定CVA的敏感度为83.95%,特异度为97.14%。结论不同病因的慢性咳嗽患儿FENO水平存在差异,FENO检测对CVA诊断有较高的敏感性及特异性。Objective To assess cough variant asthma (CVA) in child patients through measurement of fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FENO). Methods A total of 208 child patients were included into the current study, who were admitted into our hospital due to chronic cough. All patients were diagnosed, while their levels of FENO were measured. Results The assessment showed a sensitivity of 95.06% and a specificity of 66.96% if those with ≥ 22 ppb of FENO were interpreted as cough variant asthma patients. Moreover, the assessment showed a sensitivity of 83.95% and a specificity of 97.14% if those with 〉 36 pph of FENO were interpreted as cough variant asthma patients. Conclusion Different concentrations of FENO can be measured in child patients who suffer with chronic cough due to various reasons. Measurement of FENO can be applied for diagnose CVA, with a higher sensitivity and specificity.
