摘　　要：硒是人体和动物必需的营养元素,环境中硒过量或缺乏均会导致人体和动物产生疾病。综述了国内外近年来有关农作物和园艺作物施硒的研究现状、作用机制、应用现状以及富硒研究的最新进展。Selenium（ Se） is one of the essential trace elements required by humans and animals. It will cause diseases for humans and animals when Se is excessive or lack in the environment. This paper sum-marized the research status of selenium-enriched agricultural crops and selenium-enriched horticultural crops, functional mechanism, application status and the latest progress in the study of selenium enrich-ment.
