摘　　要：应用DRGs技术,从重点病组选择、病组绩效管理、病组质控等入手,构建医院病组管理框架。应用数学模型技术,实施病组精细化管理。有效提高了医疗质量和效率,保障了医疗安全,一定程度上加大了医疗费用控制力度。The diagnosis related groups （DRGs） technology was used to establish diseases groups management framework in hospital from aspects of selection of key diseases groups, performance management of diseases groups, and quality control of dis- eases groups. The mathematical model technology was used to apply sophisticated management of diseases groups, which effec- tively improve the medical quality and efficiency, ensure medical safety and Strengthen the control of medical costs to some ex- tent.
