摘　　要：分析开设夜间门诊的重要性和必要性,提出夜间全科门诊、夜间交叉式门诊和夜间专科门诊运营模式,建议三级甲等医院从5方面开展夜间门诊工作:做好评估工作、加强宣传力度、制定标准规范的就诊流程、科学合理安排医护人员以及增加辅助科室支持等。三级甲等医院开设夜间门诊能够更好地为患者提供优质服务。The paper revealed the importance and necessity of night - time outpatient service and proposed three operating modes ： night - time general outpatient, night - time crossed outpatient, and night - time specialized outpatient. Suggestions on night - time outpatient service were proposed from five aspects ： doing the evaluation, doing advocacy work, developing a norma- tive process, arranging medical workers reasonably, and increasing support from ancillary departments. The night - time outpa- tient service in Three - A hospital can provide optimal services for patients.
