摘　　要：通过检索国内外健康生命质量(HRQOL)相关文献,阐述健康相关生命质量(HRQOL)的内涵、评估内容,并对目前HRQOL评估的研究主题进行总结。指出,我国应注重个人健康质量的研究,在开展个人健康质量评估工作时应选择合适的量表,构建一个通用的、全面的个人HRQOL评估模型和指标体系,提高我国公民的生活质量。By retrieving literatures on health - related quality of life （ HRQOL）, the paper described the concept and con- tent of I-IRQOL, and summarized the study subjects on HRQOL. Furthermore, the paper pointed out that studies on personal health quality should be focused on in China, appropriate scale should be selected in accordance with the actual practice during personal health quality assessment, a common and comprehensive personal HRQOL assessment model and index system can be es- tablished, in order to improve the citizens＇quality of life in China.
